TRAINING

First Pass Service Agreements are available to all customers who have a clinical engineer that has been trained by the OEM or BC Technical on the covered system(s). If your engineer hasn’t been trained, and you wish to pursue a First Pass Service Agreement with BC Technical, we can provide the training your engineers need in conjunction with the agreement.
